Smart Car Match is a shopping-assistance and lead-capture platform designed to help users browse inventory, compare options, complete a vehicle-match quiz, request financing help, schedule appointments, submit trade-in information, send referrals, and subscribe to custom vehicle alerts.

The platform is intended to support informed vehicle shopping and follow-up, not to function as a binding offer system, lender, or final transactional checkout tool.

• Vehicle listings, prices, discounts, mileage, availability, equipment, photos, features, fuel economy figures, media, and specifications may change without notice.
• Inventory data may come from dealership systems, vehicle data providers, media providers, or other third-party sources and may contain delays, omissions, or inaccuracies.
• Displayed prices, monthly-payment examples, and related shopping information are informational only and are not guaranteed final transaction terms.
• Taxes, title, registration, documentation charges, finance charges, product add-ons, and other fees may apply separately unless expressly stated otherwise.
• A listed vehicle may be sold, reserved, unavailable, in transit, or incorrectly described by the time you inquire.

Financing information, quiz results, credit-band content, and payment guidance are educational and directional. They do not guarantee financing approval, interest rate, lender decision, down-payment requirement, or final monthly payment.

If you submit your information through a form, the quiz, an alert signup, an appointment request, a trade-in request, or a referral flow, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

By submitting contact information, you authorize follow-up related to your request by phone, text, email, or other reasonable communication methods, subject to applicable law and your stated preferences.

Saved searches, price alerts, new-arrival alerts, and notification features are convenience tools. Delivery timing is not guaranteed, and alerts may be delayed, missed, paused, filtered by your device or email provider, or triggered after inventory has changed.

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes, without limitation:

• Submitting false, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized information.
• Attempting to probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass the site, its security controls, or inventory workflows.
• Using the site in a way that could interfere with normal use by shoppers, dealership staff, or service providers.
• Using any content, inventory data, or media from the site for unlawful or unauthorized commercial reuse.

Smart Car Match may link to or rely on third-party services, including dealership systems, mapping tools, scheduling tools, email providers, push providers, video/media providers, vehicle data sources, and social platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, uptime, or actions.

The site design, copy, branding, software, and original content on Smart Car Match are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Vehicle photos, videos, logos, and listing content may also be subject to third-party rights. Except as allowed by law or express permission, you may not copy, republish, distribute, or exploit site content for commercial use.

Smart Car Match is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Car Match and its operators, affiliates, dealership partners, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or vehicle opportunity arising from or related to your use of the site.

If liability cannot be fully disclaimed, it will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Smart Car Match and its related operators and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site, your submitted information, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

We may update, suspend, remove, or change any part of the site, any inventory workflow, any alert feature, or these terms at any time. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to operations centered in Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
